Joshua Saunders

Growing up my father worked for Caterpillar and I lived in several different countries.  Due to Scouts and Martial Arts, I had a very active childhood.  Time, age, and work commitments drew me away from exercising leading me to gain the infamous “Dad Bod”.

In 2013 I realized my Dad Bod had turned into a dump truck, tipping the scales at 280 lbs.  I decided to refocus on being healthy by changing my diet and getting back into exercise.  I ended up losing 100 lbs and ultimately becoming an exercise instructor.  I love to help my students push themselves to achieve their goals, in a fun and exciting way.  While knowing we have a friendly and supportive atmosphere in our C.O.R.E. family.  Whether you are an absolute beginner or have years of experience, you will find my classes to be challenging and exciting.

If I’m not at C.O.R.E. then I am annoying my own loving family with dad jokes, leading a Scout Troop, or doing Obstacle Course Races, Triathlons, and GORUCK Challenges.
