6 week personal challenge bootcamp

6 focused exercises:  Bench Press, Burpees, Squat Jumps, Floor Jack Push ups, Military Press, & pull ups.

You set the bar and each week you must break it. Each exercise will be completed weekly and your goal is to beat the previous week for 6 weeks.

Classes: 5am  Monday & Wednesday and 8:15pm Tuesday & Thursday.  With  a mix of boxing, kickboxing skills, strength, cardio and calisthenics training. Each class will be a unique and rewarding experience!
