C.O.R.E. Fitness & Boxing Club
For less than $3 a day, come get in the best shape of your life and have a blast while doing so! Our C.O.R.E. classes are designed to combine strength, cardio, and boxing/kickboxing into a routine unlike any other. A C.O.R.E. class is 45 minutes of: 100-pound heavy bag workout, strength, cardio, resistance band training, battle ropes, and a host of other tools.
